- NBNicholas BanksNov 5, 20251.0I came into this branch to open a new account and deposit a check. Someone briefly asked what I needed, told me to have a seat, and then never returned. There were no other customers waiting and multiple employees were standing around talking and laughing. I sat for over 20 minutes without any follow-up, acknowledgment, or assistance. Very unprofessional. I took my business elsewhere.
