- MMMikeAug 30, 20241.0I had a highly disappointing experience trying to open an account, where I was refused service without a U.S. passport. The customer service was far from satisfactory, leading to significant time wasted. Based on this experience, I would not recommend opening personal or business accounts with them. Additionally, my interaction with banker Suzy Tan was particularly concerning; her lack of professionalism and apparent unwillingness to assist a client were truly perplexing. I am not recommending anyone, who value their time visit the branch.
