You should only go to this bank if you’re at least 70 years old otherwise you will want shoot yourself if you have deal with their antiquated systems. It is like a time traveler machine, if you want to live in the 50s again, this is your bank. Their online portal is terrible and is a terrible user experience. I needed to adjust a recurring payment. To do so I had to physically go into the bank 🤯 Who has that kind of time????? I’m at a loss for words.

This results in unpleasant experiences when banking first thing in the morning - odd odors and having to avoid trash / human defecation. Hopefully, you can install bright LED’s to discourage such dwelling. Makes me wonder, if this bank can’t manage its building upkeep, how can it manage client assets.
