DIRTY 🤢, RACIST, unwelcoming.
My job pays me on a debit card and I have to find the most local ATM to pull out money without a percentage charged to me. I had to use one of their ATMs to pull out $1300 for my rent and it did not dispense the money.
I went inside to tell them their ATM isn’t working but, it was over as soon as they saw I was a “minority” in the room. They immediately told me I couldn’t bank with them before I even spoke. They asked for my ID, I gave my ID and the receipt of the transaction. They didn’t even look up my account 😂 ….the energy reeked “Get out you aren’t welcome” & “where’s your hall pass”
I was just trying to tell them was that their ATM did not dispense money 😂 that’s what I get for being kind and mindful of businesses. But they’re too busy being racist instead of using logic in their workplace. Couldn’t hear anything I had to say, insinuating they were not willing to help me no matter what. I’m sorry I’m white. I didn’t ask to be here. I’m just a girl trying to survive in Los Angeles by myself.
Chase bank never treats me this way. Actually. No bank has ever been that unwelcoming. I have 3 bank accounts and have NEVER experienced something so unethical.
Don’t waste your time, energy, or kindness here.
The security guard was very kind though.
