- MRMarcy RyeJan 2, 20262.0They do not answer the phone. It just rings for 3 minutes or so and then hangs up on you. The customer service is fractured so that if you call the 1-800 number they can't really answer your questions and m ake you call the branch, but then ... the branch does not answer.
