- EKedward kimDec 18, 20231.0송금하러 갔다가 본인확인 한다는 이유로 모자, 안녕을 벗으라고 한다. 다소 불쾌한 말투로 요구한다. 본인 확인을 위해서 라는 사전의 양해의 말도 없다. 본인확인을 위해서라면 소셜번호 뒷 4글자를 묻거나 전화번호를 물어볼수도 있을텐데 굳이 모자를 벗기고 안경을 벗긴다. 창구직원의 교육이 더 필요하다 그 직원의 태도가 나로 하여금 한숨을 쉬게 만든다

- VVVApr 18, 20231.0은행 시스템 자체가 너무나 시대적으로 뒤떨어짐. On-line banking, 입출금 기계, 텔러시스템 등등 모두 다... 주소변경조차 on line이 아닌 전화로 해야 함. 체크 입금을 기계로 했는데 날짜보다 미리 넣었다고 rejected 되었으니 반송한다고 함. 스마트폰으로 사진찍어 입금하는건 대부분 실패됨. 같은 경우로 이른 날짜에 미국은행에 사진찍어 넣으니 바로 체크 입금됨. 주류은행과 비교할 수 조차 없는 시스템임. 별점 하나도 아까움
