I repeated myself twice because of the thick window to make sure He hears me well Bad service Brandon at this location on 12/05/25 between hour 1:00 pm -1:30 pm he was doing a application with out my consent. He doesn't pay attention or listen correctly when he knows he is in the wrong and want to argue with me because I dont want to continue with this application he doesn't listen. Manager told him to be quiet 2 times and he continue. Trying to be a smart ass. He got mad because he didn't do his job correctly and I cought on to what he was doing. If it it a mistake it's a mistake but dont tell me what I have to do and continue with this application. He also said your the only one making a big deal of it. I respose with any one would if your doing your job incorrectly it's common sense. The Manager Zully telling me from the other window to continue with application until the end. Why should I continue. You two need to cancel that this transaction I didn't need. I'm not here to apply why would I continue with a application when I came for other services. So Zully call me to her window she wasn't able to take my payment for the services I needed every Ace takes my payment this place has took my payment before so that's odd this happen at Ace store #4153 on Figueroa and Florence los Angeles ca someone needs to check into this location no customer want to go threw this. There so much fraud happening in this world to go threw this plus why give a Customer a bad day I just went there to handle buisness. I work with kids with better respect than "Brandon" also he needs training and to learn how to think before he speaks! I did have to go look for another Ace I was in and out with fast and good service.
