I've been here multiple times for currency exchanges and everyone who helped me was great. Convenient ATM outside if you are frequently in downtown Mountain View too. Just my 2 cents. Keep up the good work. :)
- AHAiko HillNov 3, 20181.0I am not happy yesterday 11/2 Friday morning when I found out that my 2 large Payroll checks I deposited in person/approved by the mangers on 10/30 were put on Hold (nobody told me it’s going to take at least 7-9 days to be released). This is unacceptable because the checks I deposited had already been paid electronically by my NFCU yet the Wells Fargo 800 customer service Line I called for help first to complain can’t release the Hold. One of the online banking agents told me to go to the branch I made the deposit who is the only place who can release the Hold and reverse all the Fees they charged me, she said. Result? The nice bank service manager Jeri I met yesterday at the bank could not change anything about my issue but she told me she will try again today. She is busy with another customer when I called her today. As I write this review, I am hoping she can! It’s now 2:13 pm 11/3/18
