- AHAiko HillNov 3, 20181.0I am not happy yesterday 11/2 Friday morning when I found out that my 2 large Payroll checks I deposited in person/approved by the mangers on 10/30 were put on Hold (nobody told me it’s going to take at least 7-9 days to be released). This is unacceptable because the checks I deposited had already been paid electronically by my NFCU yet the Wells Fargo 800 customer service Line I called for help first to complain can’t release the Hold. One of the online banking agents told me to go to the branch I made the deposit who is the only place who can release the Hold and reverse all the Fees they charged me, she said. Result? The nice bank service manager Jeri I met yesterday at the bank could not change anything about my issue but she told me she will try again today. She is busy with another customer when I called her today. As I write this review, I am hoping she can! It’s now 2:13 pm 11/3/18

I went to a different branch to buy foreign currency and was told the Main St branch had the euros waiting and they advised I would be coming. Showed up at Main St and was told the only person who could do foreign exchange was in lunch. The tellers were very rude and offered no assistance. Seriously disappointed. This is my final straw with Wells Fargo. Will be closing my accounts.
