- MSMike S.Jul 31, 20241.0Zero stars today! but the website won't let me post with zero stars. I withdrew $ 1400 Cash yesterday for our trip to Alaska. The electronic cash counter was on the fritz so my wife and I counted the money in the evening. I noticed one of the 50s was repaired with tape, so I came back to the branch this morning. The manager would not exchange the taped 50 for a fresh one. She was curt, and told me that I needed to contact the Bureau of printing and ingraving to get it replaced. She was there when I recieved the 50s on the previous day!!! She was actually the one who had to go into the vault for the 50s. I was really set back! When I got upset her response was "would you like to make a complaint?? My Wife and I have been Wells Fargo customers for at least 35 years. I am now considering a different, more customer friendly, Bank! -Mike Simpson
