I was incorrectly informed on the documents needed for my last name change and Gabriela refused to accommodate me when I had less than a 5 minute round trip drive to go get them. My second appointment was cancelled with less than 10 minutes ahead of time notice and I was very rudely addressed — they also refused to help me find another location to get scheduled at. Employee Edin Lopez told me to just tell drive around to other banks to ‘see if they might have an opening’ Banker Gabriella was completely incompetent and unhelpful. When rescheduled I did NOT want to be on her schedule but was somehow put on it anyways. Then penalized when she called off with no offer for help rescheduling at all. 0/10 recommend

I have a account open already, lost the card, she didn’t even want to help me. This is not a bank for anyone with busy schedule.
- GDGobble DeezMar 26, 20181.0I feel the same way as the guy that said everyone he knows that banks there has had money missing out of their account I've experienced the same thing 3 times where someone accessed my card/account and money disappears the first time they replaced it the 2nd they said the investigation was incomplete without any compensation as well as the 3rd time seems like there's a person working there making a few extra dollars on the side
