- EAEric AdrianApr 8, 20241.0Horrible experience trying to transfer a trust account to the rightful beneficiary. Staff and manager have a hard time with legal documents and this process in general. Most of the staff that "helped" have no grasp of how to properly read legal documentation. The elderly person I was helping with this would have been dismissed by these folk had I not fought for her. Absolutely unacceptable practices. If you need anything other than a basic checking and savings, I'd look elsewhere. This staff is simply not adequate for anything above that.
