  This location needs to be shut down I had a check from a settlement meant I was told it will clean by the next week Friday then I received a message that said the 19th and to contact the owner of the check so I did he was told by his bank that it been cash Wells Fargo is saying they never received it I went to this branch as I was directed by another branch manager the manager at this branch informed me that he can't accept outside information which is information from my lawyer bank saying the check was cashed so now I have to go through a process to sue this bank do not cash your checks there I suggest going to a different location every time I come here I have problems with my account after I leave I'm in process of starting a class action suit with my lawyer

  The policies some of these companies make are just out-of-this-world dark patterns. I tried redeeming my points for cash, but they said they only redeem points in increments of $25. So if you have $49 worth of points, they can only send you $25. I asked why can they only redeem in increments of $25 and not the precise amount, and they said, "I don't know, that's just Wells Fargo's policy." I just laughed at how ridiculous the policy is and redeemed my $25 and closed the account.

  I had an incredibly frustrating experience at Wells Fargo located at 111 W Ocean Blvd on Friday, March 9th, 2024. Upon entering the branch at 3 pm in need of assistance with my retirement account, I was met with a female banker who informed me she could not help me and that I needed to schedule an appointment. Reluctantly, I booked a meeting for Monday, March 12th at 9 am, only to find out that I was scheduled to see the same unhelpful banker, Celina. Celina then proceeded to send me on a confusing journey to locate the "appropriate banker" for my "WAY2SAVE" retirement account, leading me to the 2598 Cherry Ave branch without any confirmation or assistance. Upon my arrival at this location on Monday, March 12th at 9:30 am, I was informed that the banker had no available appointments. Fortunately, the teller was able to secure an 11 am appointment for me at the 4411 Pacific Coast Hwy branch. This entire ordeal was a complete disaster and a significant inconvenience. However, my experience took a positive turn when I met Vutgsaranymol Pin, also known as NEMO, at the final branch. NEMO was a breath of fresh air, displaying a willingness to assist me with my transaction and doing so with a friendly attitude. Despite the numerous setbacks and poor customer service I encountered at Wells Fargo, NEMO's exceptional service and professionalism were a silver lining in an otherwise disappointing experience. The lack of communication and organization within the bank greatly impacted my visit, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied with the overall service provided.

  Nice. although wearing ties and suits and the unfair women get to dress that doesnt compare to what men have to wear to look professional, all the appearance doesnt impress me.. its the service and attitude. someone should stop the overly dressed practice, this isnt wall street, its california.. we should have our own style.
