- STSat TSep 12, 20251.0They are completely useless at this branch. They keep throwing you in a circle to avoid helping you! One banker put me on the phone with their internal customer service who told me he needs to talk to the employee he cannot help me as that line is for employees. When I told her that she told me to hand up on him, like she was going to help me, then wanted to make me an appointment to come back another time yet there was two bankers who there not helping anyone. Wells Fargo is horrible now, not to mention there was fraud on my account, they took my debit card away for a year, but after a month of no actual investigation they ruled the fraud not fraud kept my money that was stolen. Now making it very difficult to get my debit card back. For get this bank and branch especially every employee is lazy and has an attitude with you when you need their help to get something done so you will leave and they won’t be bothered to come out from back and actually do their job. None of them were friendly or welcoming at all, everyone at this branch needs to be fired and all new employees need to be hired. I waited 35 min not a single person went in that went to a banker they went in and to teller then left. So these were all lies about having appointments, so couldn’t help me. All nonsense!! Just lazy employees not wanting to work!

I took my check to Wells Fargo since my check had Well Fargo on it. One of the reps gave me a hard time cashing my check because my drivers license has Jr on it and my bank card did not. All because of Jr 😂😂😂😂
