  I thought that being with a larger bank would offer better integration and support, I am very wrong. Yesterday I made a transfer at the counter handing the teller my ATM card for both the from and to accounts. The teller accidently sent the money to an unknown location - an error discovered within the hour and I returned to the counter to remedy. Here is the kicker. The bank and its manager cannot retrieve the misplaced deposit, cannot reverse the transaction and offered no remedy other that I should talk to a service rep in India or wherever. After two hours+ I gave up, insisted that the deposit be retrieved and was told by the manager that I should file a complaint with the bank - maybe there would be a resolution in 7 - 10 days! So my bank has an internal error, misallocates my money to an account that is not mine, and I NEED TO FIND A WAY TO RETRIEVE IT!!!! totally unacceptable and bordering on fraudulent. I have no understanding why a bank would be this incapable and I would recommend another bank which can actually fix its own errors. I will be moving all my accounts.

  Terrible! My disabled girlfriend went to open an account so she can get money to pay her rent and the place was empty and they were ignoring her. They told her at around 10am they were in a meeting for 30 more minutes. So she waited and they continued to ignore her. At 11:42 I called and the woman was rude and told me that the New Accounts employee was "On the Other Line With A Client" (Mind you, my girlfriend is physically there and can see that is not true). I ended up hanging up and calling back to which my calls were first sent directly to the call center, then the next call rang and rang before going to Call Center. The call after that went to the Call Center and the final one, someone picked up the phone, I heard someone make a noise and then push the phone buttons and then BACK to the Call Center. Once again, my girlfriend is physically there and say NOBODY on the phone. These people are rude liars and clearly hate their jobs, their clients and any potential clients. She will be going elsewhere to open her account.
