I will have to turn her into the Bureau of Banking, Jay Obernolte, and Social media to warn others!!
- AAAveryFeb 29, 20241.0Only been here twice, but each time it was a hassle. When you deposit money it’s no problem, but when it’s time to withdraw they give you hell. Glad I was able to join Navy federal where they treat you with respect. Also the young lady that’s a teller to the left when you come in is very rude.
- BBBrezzy BabyApr 24, 20181.0So I went into the bank with loose change and the old lady, bank teller didn't want to assist me which is very rude she wouldn't assist me with my change too deposit it into my account. She basically walked away from me and took a break the bank manager is very rude, and he threatened to close my account because of what, the service that your bank teller you provided was horrible. they all need new training over there. I'm a customer. They don't treat you like one tho. Their is a way to file a complaint against the banks I did. Just Google how to file a complaint against teller. It should direct you to Federal private reserve page to do so. Enough is enough fire them all and start over.
