My debit card was going to get expired on 30th of November 2025. I kept waiting for the card but regret to mention that it was all in vain. I went to the Lodi Ave Wells Fargo branch on Monday morning 24th Nov and asked them about my card status. The bank representative said it's in the shipping stage you will get before 30th. When I asked them precisely can you tell what is the shipping date. She said if you don't receive them call our help line. Two days later I called the help line and informed the agent about my card status and bank visit details. He replied system is not showing that your card has been shipped.
Therefore it was clearly contradiction between the two replies from the same bank. He said if the branch says it is in shipping then wait until Friday.
Hence I waited till even Saturday as of today no card has been received in my mail. I called the help line today and they said your card has been lost somewhere in the mailing process.
I am really surprised they way this bank treated their customers and are not even providing proper guidance and neither helping the customer to resolve the matter on ASAP basis.
My mobile bills, my cars insurance and all utilities are on auto pay. I requested the representative on help line to provide me with urgent issuance of debit card to avoid cancellation of my bills despite having valid balance in my account. He said it will take 1 to 3 days to get a new card.
I have not seen such a weak and strange system of handling genuine customers complaints and issues created by the bank itself.
Above all the customer service is very pathetic in a manner that my today's call has been dropped by them without completing my whole request.

*Extremely Poor Experience at Wells Fargo Lodi Branch*
I'm appalled and disappointed after visiting the Wells Fargo branch on Lodi Avenue. I attempted to withdraw funds, but the experience was marred by unacceptable customer service.
*Issues:*
1. Unnecessary delays: Hannah, the cashier, insisted on calling multiple people, prolonging the process.
2. Lack of transparency: When I inquired about the delay, Hannah became rude and hostile.
3. Unprofessional behavior: I was yelled at and told to "sit down" or "come back tomorrow."
4. No managerial oversight: When I requested to speak to the manager, I was informed none was available.
*Unacceptable:*
As a loyal customer since 2012, I expect better. This encounter demonstrates a significant decline in service standards.

Skip this branch if you aren't wheeled in on a stretcher and you are disabled! Stood in line for the DISABLED WINDOW, I use a cane and have multiple chronic issues. The teller calls over a person from the regular line, even though I'm standing there, clearly staring at her waiting to be called up. I got angry...told her I hope she gets to go through what I do to show her how mean that is. She grins at me and tells me to have a nice day...no apology, manager standing right there and doesn't say a word. I looked right at her and said, "I believe this to be a TRAINIG ISSUE." There is no excuse for being so rude to a disabled person when there are so many people just standing around chatting about the Holidays.
