- TWTerry WyrschAug 18, 20204.0Due to the sale of my mothers house I was forced to deal with Bank of America and Wells Fargo. Bank of America customer service number makes you wait 2 1/2 hours. Nine out of 10 times it ended with a recording saying "your call cannot be taken at this time call back later". Wells Fargo is an entirely different experience. Went into the branch where they were extremely helpful and gave me a number to call. Waited three minutes, maybe. Spoke with a customer service representative who assigned a case number to my situation and they have followed up numerous times.. The time and effort I put into this was maybe two hours with Wells Fargo and well over 60 with Bank of America where they still have not resolved the issue. I will be taking my money out of Bank of America and bringing it to this branch of Wells Fargo.
