I waited for about an hour in Well Fargo branch on 120 W Lodi Ave, Lodi, and then a banker named “Basir Ahmed Kakar” who was just chatting on his phone with no other customers in waiting area came and told me that we are very busy and we cannot help you today, schedule an appointment and come another day. His behavior and attitude was not professional and inappropriate. I hope Wells Fargo could train their staff how to behave with their customers.
