Very knowledgeable, direct, and customer oriented. She even emailed me to check on me when I hadn’t been in for a while. She genuinely wants to see you meet your financial goals and has these exercises to become aware of the spending habits that are hindering you from meeting them. Thank you Pompy.

The lady her name is Karen Lewis was very nice, but for some odd reason she wont contact me when she says , gave me some excuse as to why I couldn’t open the account and said she’d contact me when everything’s done. Never got a call and she didn’t respond to my email. I’m sure she’ll look like she’s seen a ghost if I go in and ask her what’s going on. Thank God I actually don’t need to do that though I’ve found a better credit union and I don’t have to worry about it anymore …I thought I’d tell about this experience. Never experienced anything like that in my life and Hope no one else does
