The two employees that were there were so cold and evil. I wish I gotten there names. I was in there for over b25 minutes and not once did either of them say I am sorry for your loss. They both had ice cold stares looking at me. The teller said that my death certificate was a fake. I was so unbelievably upset when I left I cried. I went to the other bank in pleasant grove and they were so sweet and so kind. I felt like I was in a twilight zone how it was so easy to get the money at pleasant grove. I actually walked out with a huge heart as they treated me like I was the only customer around. 12 bridges location needs more personable tellers. I will never go there again
