- JLJohn LaneDec 23, 20255.0I want to thank Donald Pruitt and compliment Turbo Tax for employing him for their tax assistance services. After learning that I had missed including a 1099 DIV form on our 2024 tax return, I went online with Turbo Tax to try to correct the issue. At first is seemed rather straight forward, but then became rather complex. After trying to sort it out myself, I contacted your help assistance line. Donald Pruitt answered my call in what became a rather complicated and derived attempt to straighten out the error. Don stayed with me as we sent through several steps to get to the form that was required. Don showed a lot of patience and "stick to it-ness" determined to arrive at the needed solution. While do to complications, we were not able to bring up the forms that were required for the task, we agreed to a new appointment where we are hopeful that we can get the issue resolved. Don went, what I would call, above and beyond in working within the system to help me make this right. Don will not only be helping me with the amendment to our 2024 tax return but will be assisting with our 2025 return.
