- BSBarbara SantaSep 8, 20211.0The wait time is horrendous. There is plenty of room to allow for two more tellers. I’m forced to use the bank for cashiers checks, etc. Otherwise I’d be long gone from WFB! The managers walk around as though this is acceptable. Looks empty behind the glass.

I said deposit she said again what ? With a sarcastic smile on her face and said what Do you want me to do by looking at the money order and I said again deposit she I can’t hear you at that time a had to raise my voice and say for the fourth time deposit and than she stating to tell me to count down It’s ridiculous that she couldn’t hear me when I moved to the side the next person approached her window and their were whispering and she heated very well what the customer was saying Very frustrating experience
