    This branch is so unprofessional and don't listen. I went to a teller to make an appointment for a credit card, but they failed to tell the banker and didn't give her enough time to help me at all. The next appointment the banker, Candy, then starts to process of the credit card application. After a week of calling and not getting any answers I get a call at 8:30 am telling me to come in again to fill out paperwork in person. When I go in for my appointment, I'm told that the process hasn't even started and the paperwork I filed was for something I didn't ask for. I'm on my second banker, Nathaniel, who to no surprise doesn't answer his phone and is impossible to get a hold of. Don't waste your time here.

    Worst customer service ever. I waited at the teller window for 15 min for the teller to send me a new debt card not only did I wait nothing was done. She had to get the manager involved it took forever when I could clearly done it online. Thinking of closing my account they had only two bankers available when the lobby was completely full. This isn’t the first time I’ve gone in and no is available to help.

    Horrible customer service. Had no other choice as other branches are closed on SATURDAYS. Canceling accounts.

    I went in on a Saturday and finally got in 15 minutes before closing. The manager refused to get me help with wire transfer saying that appointment is needed for that service, and cannot be done anymore today because closing in 10 minutes. I was already in, shouldn't I have been helped?
