I went to a teller to make an appointment for a credit card, but they failed to tell the banker and didn't give her enough time to help me at all. The next appointment the banker, Candy, then starts to process of the credit card application. After a week of calling and not getting any answers I get a call at 8:30 am telling me to come in again to fill out paperwork in person. When I go in for my appointment, I'm told that the process hasn't even started and the paperwork I filed was for something I didn't ask for. I'm on my second banker, Nathaniel, who to no surprise doesn't answer his phone and is impossible to get a hold of. Don't waste your time here.
