- RMRussell MillerDec 15, 20252.0This is my bank of 6 years. I always come on a Monday/Tuesday, and they are always way understaffed. Right now there are 9 people in line, 2 windows open (it was 1 until a second ago), and like 8 employees in the bank. It’s always like this, for years… 😞

Even though it was the end of the day, the staff treated me with the same positive attitude as if it was the morning. They took the time to help me with an important situation for my daughter and made sure everything was handled. Truly the best service I’ve had in a long time—thank you for going above and beyond!
