  I just opened my first Citibank account at this branch and had a fantastic experience. My banker Lyu was knowledgeable, patient, and explained everything clearly, while Branch Manager Will personally welcomed me and made me feel valued. Both were professional yet very friendly, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I also received a great offer when opening my account, which was an added bonus. Overall, I left feeling confident and impressed with the service. Highly recommend this branch for anyone looking for excellent banking support!

  Ill start by saying this is by far the worst bank ive been to. After today i took out my entire savings of 30k. I was kicked out due to a power outage when they had first agreed that i could wait. They kept persisting that i go to another citibank which was 30 minutes away. Goodbye Citibank.

  I wanted to apply for the Citibank secured credit card because I heard they had a great program for building your credit. The banker suggested that I should open a checking account to make depositing the money easier. 2 weeks later and I'm still trying to resolve the problem that Citibank ran my credit 2 times on 2 different days causing my credit score to lose 9 points just for the extra inquiry (both HARD inquiries). Long story short...I cannot get any of their departments to own up to the mistake. Their application dept. blamed the banker at the branch and the branch blamed the application dept. No one has gotten back to me to confirm that they will take back one inquiry. Now almost 3 weeks...still no resolution.
