  Fell to assist me manager Carmen was useless been going to well Fargo since a kid most unhelpful Wells Fargo branch I have ever been to and I've been to them all over the States. Said they will not accept the eCheck or print out a eCheck did not help me figure out the solution to the problem or how to move forward with accepting the check told me to print it at a public place and she did not have a printer. Tried to do my secure banking needs here and could not get that done today very disappointed.

  Wendy Asked if I needed help right away she was able to identify exactly what I needed and draft me a document and was very kind and helpful in explaining what that document was and why it had to be that specific information grateful for her expertise and friendly nature 10/10 service

  On 5/5, I went to make some changes on one of my CD accounts. The young lady teller was not really friendly and seemed a bit rude about me getting a banker. She wanted me to make an appointment even after I expressed that my work schedule limits me early days. I typically go to Temecula Wells Fargo , but my CD was reaching the deadline. While I was about to call the # to speak with a Rep over the phone for my CD. She called her manager, and right away, she took over the situation and offered me a banker. I guess that day someone had canceled their appointment, so it was going free up space. The banker that helped me her name was Sandra[Sandy]. She was friendly and shared helpful tips on how I can manage my accounts better. I really appreciated that the manager noticed that I was a loyal customer for Wells Fargo and my accounts that she offered the banker. That, to me, shows good customer service. I think the young lady needs more training and a better tone. I didn't want to complain about it that day because I had another commitment to attend after. When Sandy took me to the teller and they processed my check, I told her I was going to give them a review for the manager & her because they went above for me. I told her, I'm a local and that I had read some bad reviews and that I understood business and know a positive one that is earned is meant to be shared. Thank you to the manager & Sandra[Sandy] for making my experience a good one.

  Been with them 15 years every time I try to wire transfer they can't do it and their mobile app sucks too
