- JMJosh MayesNov 12, 20251.0Awful customer service at this branch. I brought my mom in 5 minutes before the bank open. We were the 3rd customer in the door. A manager and two "bankers" were standing around twiddling their thumbs. The manager tells us that no one can assist my mom for an hour, and we can wait or come back. The manager offered no apologies, no explanation, and her demeanor was condescending. I don't recommend anyone do business with this branch.
