    Unbelievable experience dealing with Arza this morning. I received three letters in the mail from Wells Fargo stating that they are increasing fees, etc, but the reasons given were incorrect because their information regarding deposits, etc., was wrong. I attempted to explain this to her, and she told me to go to the app and make an appointment. There were only two people working in the bank and people standing in line waiting. Completely unprofessional and could care less about solving my issues with the incorrect correspondence. If I could give a zero rating, then I would. Do not bank here.

    In general, Wells Fargo service has tanked over the past few years. This branch in particular seems to be one of the worst ones. Just left on a Friday morning at 10:30 with one teller helping a problem client two other clients leaving because the wait was so long. Interestingly enough they have at least three bankers but make you wait if you want to see a teller. I Don’t often go to this branch because it always seems to be a long wait. so if this is the branch closest to you, I would look for a different bank that has better service if you plan on going inside

    Recently I encountered a very rude banker. She was helping the new teller with my transaction and was rude and abrasive towards him and myself. Her name is Rama. She has no customer service skills and need to be trained. I love this bank. All bankers and tellers are very friendly and helpful. I have been with this bank for many years.

    Mina the manager and Rama have been so helpful with my great grandma and my mother to get everything in order probably the best customer service I’ve ever EVER ENCOUNTERED- thank you for dealing with me and my family 😂 - I appreciate you guys!!! Here’s to the next 20 plus years with you guys!!!!!
