She shouldn’t even be working around people. You shouldn’t go into your own bank and walk out upset it’s absolutely ridiculous I mean, seriously who even should be writing reviews about the bank you go when you do your transaction and leave Leaving a bank upset because of an awful attitude teller that’s absolutely insane. It upsets me even writing this review This isn’t the first time either. It’s the last straw, but it’s not the first time. MANAGER Look at your reviews how many bad reviews regarding customer service? do you need before you do something? And once I get hold of corporate or a regional manager, this is a branch thing. This isn’t a Wells Fargo thing. Don’t have this problem at San Clemente. This girl is a complete jerk on purpose. ????? I mean, seriously what is this? But know this girl whatever your name is cause I don’t remember it. I will be on corporate every day on the 800 number if I have to be to your fired I am fed up with it. The nearest branch is San Clemente. It’s not right that I should have to go to another branch. And also while I’m doing this, the guy that was there there was only two tellers at the time a girl with black hair and there’s a gentleman with glasses. This is 10/10 2025 at 12:30. He’s also a passive aggressive person that Nius lacks customer service skills, but doesn’t know his job Two transactions that he couldn’t do for me and I went to San Clemente because I really needed to check cash no problem no issues no nothing And I did call the 800 number and they put a complaint in because they agreed one branch should not do something different than the other branch. All the branches have the same rules. Back to the young lady with black hair. Horrible attitude, horrible customer service and I’m not the only one saying this look at the other reviews, manager or corporate or whoever reads these things.
