I was trying to check on a payment that was made via Zelle on my account after it was closed and the banker instead of trying to help me accused my customer to being a liar. That's why I left the bank!

- RRRaminDec 22, 20151.0Employees are rude and unbelievably slow. I was with the bank for 5 years, and I still got treated like I was trying to rob the bank ever time I tried to cash a check. Try opening an account, it will take you three days, they over charge you for just having an account, and still treat you like a second class citizen.
