I was trying to check on a payment that was made via Zelle on my account after it was closed and the banker instead of trying to help me accused my customer to being a liar. That's why I left the bank!

Mostly the manager as noted; Laurie and the Asian lady. They look at the customer's with suspicion and make incredibly stupid comments. Other than that, nothing that hasn't already been said.
