- TTTony TNov 28, 20231.0This is a complete garbage location that needs to be closed. Always 1-2 tellers. Then when those tellers have to adhere to a customer’s lengthy transaction or show them to their safe deposit box, you’re going to stand in line until their available. I waited 24 minutes in line. Do yourself a favor and bank elsewhere. No longer using Wells Fargo. I’ve opened a new bank with Chase after this experience, and it’s 100 times better.

It was from a different branch of Wells Fargo though. At first the teller asked if I had an account at that bank, I said no. Then they told me I would have to go to the branch where the check was written. I asked to take to the manager and he went ahead and cashed the check
