- LSLeanora SteeleMay 5, 20251.0Eric Connella and the Laguna Hills office administrator Max have completely ignored my 98 year old Mom for two years. She’s a client. They have ignored, letters, emails and fax. They refuse to give her any information about her account or allow her access to her own money. Edward Jones is discriminating against my Moms age and disability. It’s demeaning and unethical. We do not recommend this Edward Jones office. Update: Eric Connella & Edward Jones continue to ignore my Mom and refuse to investigate a notarized complaint filed by my Mom several months ago. Edward Jones does not follow the law and discriminates against elders. There is never justification for ignoring an elder. It’s disrespectful and degrading.
