- JWJohn WFeb 3, 20251.0Gilbert the business account manager is extremely rude, confrontational & condescending. I have never been treated so horribly; especially by an institution that I’m supposed to trust with assets and wealth management. Definitely avoid this branch!
- SBSean BeckmanNov 6, 20231.0Branch manager came in for approval. After I discussed my disappointment and the teller said I’m sorry for the inconvenience. The branch manager came over to approve. Fine but the gentleman took it personally that I wanted to pull out a large number of cash and then said I’m unable to do that because of our situation. Which really didn’t even exist. If you want to do business go to bank of A or another branch.
