- EMElizabeth McSparranApr 27, 20181.0I went to cash a check....to my surprise they'd didn't have "that kind" of cash, wasn't much....they, teller and her superior, continued to tell me why they don't have cash and went on with the tone of putting me in place.....really? Seriously, it's bad enough for a bank to not have cash....the teller and her superior made it worse by wasting my time trying to educate me on why....they said they have to order cash and it may take a few days.....wow!!!! Dont we go to burger joint to get a burger? The worst customer service ever!!!!!!
- YCYvette CarducciOct 6, 20171.0Poor customer service.I waited in line for 4 mind. I was the only one in line. A lady from the bank, from her desk asked if I had a deposit. Told her no. Asked if I had a cash deposit told her no she then told me to have a seat took my check.she placed it with the guy who had a customer face up so he can see my check. I sat waited for 3 mins.then she told me to have a seat pointed in far direction. I went to sit there. Waited again 2 mins Then after sitting there she told me no here she asked for my debit card I declined to give to her. (since my check was with the guy who he was helping the same customer) Then she told me after seating there for 2 mins no here . (to the guy who now finished with his customer). Went to his seat and the drank his coffee and looked at me and told me to signed my check. Didn't say good morning Hello how are you. Just sign. Poor poor service. Never will I go there again.
