- ZAZaid Al-AniSep 25, 20251.0Areli was very unco-operative i was waiting for a banker since 4:30PM to meet a banker to add one of my family members to the account then at 4:50PM she said that you have to come back tomorrow its a long process, soon i will switch completely to my other bank U.S Bank.
- CCCindiAug 25, 20251.0I needed the teller to help me change out bills that I have and replace them with crisp newer ones as I’m traveling to Zimbabwe and that is a condition for using US bills in that country. I have been repeatedly advised that Zimbabwe is strict about this and that my bank can help. The teller was condescending and unhelpful. He had no idea what I was talking about, and asked me to pick out the bills I didn’t want. I had a similar request at the College branch a week earlier and they were fabulous and knew exactly what to do. Grossmont was inept. They had one teller, a long line with half hour wait and then a dismissive and intentionally unhelpful teller when I got to the window. I’ve been a Wells Fargo customer for over 40 years and I’ve never been treated this way AVOID this branch. Should be zero stars.
