Went to my normal bank that I’ve had since 2007 and they brushed me off and said they couldn’t help same day. California Bank & Trust was in the same parking lot so I gave it a shot. I explained the situation and the banker squeezed me in and helped me the special kind of account my son needed. They even offered my son a plushie to keep him calm. I have since gone back to the bank to withdraw and Rose (might be Rosie, I’m horrible with names) remembered me and was so kind. I feel very welcome and taken care of and would recommend to anyone.

Tracy was immediately helpful. She called me over, heard my problem and fixed it in a short period of time. I also needed an ATM replacement card. She took care of that and told me when I would receive it. Thanks Tracy for a pleasant and efficient time at your bank.

This branch has been going downhill for a few years. I would give this branch zero stars but that was not an option. La Mesa branch of California Bank and Trust, get it together.
