- SFSanford FeldmanOct 8, 20215.0This is really a nice bank, like some banks used to be. The lobby is a good size and well done. The location has convenient parking. Most importantly, the staff is amazing. I walked in the other day after deciding to close my accounts at a terrible bank nearby. I was greeted by Jennifer Harter, the branch manager. When I told her I was interested in opening a new account, she took me to her office and explained the options. I inquired about a safe deposit box as well. She said no problem and she would waive the first year's fee. While I was in the bank that day and the next, I noticed that the tellers and manager new the name of each person who came in and greeted them by name. This bank is staffed by people who care. What a nice change. I opened an account and plan to transfer more fund in the near future because of the fabulous people who work there, including Dave who also assisted me today.
