- WHWeiting H.Jun 17, 20251.0We had a very unpleasant experience with an unprofessional banker named Bing. She was extremely rude to us, and didn’t even end up resolving the account issue. I think she’s just condescending towards Asian customers that she’s supposed to help out. Citibank needs to look into how these type of abusive behavior towards paying customers are even allowed in their organization.
