- JEJennifer EthierMay 23, 20205.0these people have been good to us, for 10 years.once time a person(from another branch helping out on the weekend) had an attitude & even they weren't that bad.Everyone else has been super personable & genuine feeling.Always helpful &never rush me if i need extra time to make decisions or ask them questions, also able to process things quickly if I know whats needed & just need to get in& out.The folks at this branch &over the phone have all been pleasant, even enjoyable to deal with. I recommend &brag about my bank Its a 10 $ minimum to have a checking account with savings and a debit card. Ive gotten 2 loans from them and its been a good experience also. Highly recommend credit union of southern california!
