The facial expression and demeanor INSTANTLY changing from her previous client to me once she realized my toddler was over the wait after no one else acknowledged me after 30 minutes, should have been my cue to walk out. But hey, maybe I was being too quick to judge. I was the only mom in there with a dysregulated child so I’m sure I was annoying to them. Here’s a tip tho- moms have banking needs too. But I’m glad all the men clients got the bright and shiny versions of the employees :)
- SLS LApr 3, 20241.0Don't open CD from this branch. My CD automatically renewed with low interest rate about two weeks ago. I tried to close the CD and they charged 3 months worth interest penalty. The branch manager didn't help at all. She was really mean and unprofessional. Not happy with with this bank service at all :((

Her customer service skills exceed expectation. It's impossible to walk out of this branch without having a smile on your face. The staff and environment is incredibly friendly and extremely organized. This branch is the only reason why I willcontinue to be I citi customer.
