- DWDakota WhiteAug 19, 20255.0I just wanna say that this place was great. All the employees are great but Antonio and Christopher were amazing. Christopher help me open up a bank account went over everything I needed every question that I asked he answered he wasn’t quick to get me out. Even when a lady got awfully aggressive with her, they both kept their cool and tried to help her to the best of their ability. They are amazing if you need help ask for one of them.
- BVBarb VaithFeb 4, 20212.0The bank in Plymouth closed so I started going to Jackson I have been there three times they are rude all three times were for different reasons and three different people I tried to close my one account that I don’t use the lady argued that they don’t have that account funny they charge me for it. I have to go on line to cancel it . I cashed my stimulus card and she was just rude, and last but not least I went in to put my accounts in my trust she had to redo it twice and acted like she didn’t know how to do it. I will go to Eldorado Hills hope they are better
