    Worst customer service at this branch. Came to withdraw money from inside the bank and Eduardo was my teller he asked to verify in different ways I even showed him my ID from California that is not expired and after giving him my phone number and email and agreement to send a verification to my phone,I had to resource to the supervisor Paul. To remind you it has been near 40min he said they are closed now and that I would have to come back in the morning I felt that it was a waste of time and that they were just trying to get out rushing and not helping at all worst customer service by the supervisor by not trying to help a customer

    Hello, I had a very unpleasant experience at the Wells Fargo branch on Barranca in Irvine, California. I had applied for a Wells Fargo Reflect credit card, and I called the credit department to request a balance transfer. Unfortunately, the balance transfer was done incorrectly. I went to the Wells Fargo Barranca branch and asked one of the representatives named Fem for help. She told me she was busy and directed me to Kaylee. Kaylee was very kind and did everything she could to help me. While Kaylee was assisting me, Fem came over and, after asking about my issue, she began to mock me and said that it was my own mistake and not their responsibility. My issue was not resolved that day, so I returned a few days later. Again, I spoke with Kaylee, and she tried to help me, and again Fem came over and mocked me, saying it was my problem and my mistake. This time, I became upset and told her I wanted to speak with her manager. At first she said the manager was busy, but then the manager came out. He apologized to me and said that it didn’t matter whose mistake it was — their job is to help resolve my issue. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the manager’s name.

    This was my first time at this branch and was helped by Consy. She made me feel so welcome as it was my first time there and had a pleasant interaction. She is definitely an A+ associate and this branch should be honored to have her there. Thanks again Consy!
