- BABogdan ArtemenkoSep 22, 20235.0This morning I was in the bank and young lady the first to the door, she was so welcoming and nice, and more of that helpful. It took me kinda 2 minutes to deposit check. Good experience since I just switched to WF.
- GLGen LApr 29, 20221.0I come to this branch here and there and always had a great experience. it's not too busy and tellers are always very helpful and very polite however this marks the last time I will come here because I had the worst treatment by the older asian lady teller ( this is not about race as I am asian myself ) , I came to deposit a check for my landlord just as I do every month, never had an issue, today she tells me no and saying information is not correct and will not tell me why it is not correct, I explained to her I do this every month and I never had an issue, she just tells me NO NO NO, and gives me the worst stare down like I was her #1 enemy or something. maybe she is having a bad day or something as I have seen her before being very polite to others... so I took the check back and went to another branch off Jeffrey RD, deposited without any problems.
