- RTRob TemplinJun 23, 20231.0I contacted Wells Fargo 8 times over the past 3 months (including an in person branch visit) regarding unclaimed funds - after receiving initial letter. Each time I was told they would expedite the case and contact me. Never happened - until today when I was informed my check was sent back to California. They caused a huge mess with getting back money that belonged to me. They either dropped the ball or are just incompetent, maybe both. Unacceptable. I will be contacting Wells Fargo to file a complaint - but good luck on that making an impact with a company that has had a checkered history with unethical behavior.
