I scheduled an appointment 5 days in advance, and even received a text message one hour before confirming to be there at 10:00. When I arrived, they casually told me no one was available to help me, and even lied saying they had called me twice with no answer. This experience made me close my account with this bank. If customer service and accountability matter to you, do not waste your time with this bank.

When I arrived on Tuesday they told be they were too busy to do this and I should come back Friday. I informed them this was important but didn't seem to make any difference. They had two bankers on duty and this is the service I get? We have two business accounts and multiple personal accounts at Wells and have had enough with terrible service that's always blamed on COVID which is getting old. We are closing all our accounts at Wells and going elsewhere where perhaps we can receive simple service as was requested.
