    Terrible customer service. I went here for a wire transfer. There was only one teller and one banker because the others were at lunch. The teller told me that I would need to wait about 30 minutes for someone to get back from lunch. The manager was sitting at his desk by himself…not helping another customer. The teller asked the manager if he could help and he refused confirming that I would need to wait the 30 mins. When I asked the teller why the manager couldn’t help I was advised that “he doesn’t do that”. I was less than 10 feet from the manager but he never looked up to acknowledge me, but did acknowledge the customer behind me to say “we’ll be right with you”. I ended up leaving and going to the location at 14468 Culver Dr, Irvine, CA. This branch was way busier, but the manager himself jumped in to assist me. I was surprised because at the previous location I was told the manager doesn’t do that. Significant difference in level of service based on the manager’s willingness to help customers.

    Horribly ran & unprofessional four other employees only have one teller open and want customers to do their job . Answer questions with 0 accurate information.

    One of the most irresponsible banks I’ve ever seen. I scheduled an appointment 5 days in advance, and even received a text message one hour before confirming to be there at 10:00. When I arrived, they casually told me no one was available to help me, and even lied saying they had called me twice with no answer. This experience made me close my account with this bank. If customer service and accountability matter to you, do not waste your time with this bank.

    WORST BANK CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!!!! ESPECIALLY THE SERVICE MANAGER B.ALPAS ..... NOT HELPFUL AT ALL !! FOUND OUT THAT THEY USE THIS BANK AS A TRAINING PLACE THE TURN OVER IN EMPLOYEES ARE HORRIBLE !! MAYBE SHE NEEDS MORE TRAINING !!!!
