I had my Social Security card, temporary permit, driver's license, and expired passport with me. But the manager insisted that I show another ID besides these. She wouldn't accept my online banking with the Wells Fargo app, she was really stupid.

His last customer was an older client and he re counted his cash twice after the teller counted it , we were 6 ppl in line in a hurry to finish our transactions to leave but seeing this type of customer service, patient , knowledge and friendly for me it was worth the wait. Thank you Alder !

Damion was quick to provide help and both Robert and Alejandra assisted me immediately with a wire. It's unfortunate that this branch is a little further away from me but I will gladly go out of my way now to receive significantly better customer service than the other Barranca Branch (terrible). Thank you guys!
