I’m very grateful for her help as I was actually passed on to her from an initial agent. My business situation wasn’t at all that common there & so there were naturally some system issues with getting my business account set up with my specific business structure. And this was also my first time setting up a business account (I had questions & was unsure of what to ask) so I was thankful for her understanding & easiness. He guided us through the steps with patience and clarity. Seung was amazingly patient as I translated the conversation for my parent and ensured we were on the same page. I valued his inclusive approach to explaining and breaking down banking concepts into visual elements (he literally used a pen and paper to do this! XD). We felt educated about every aspect of the process and empowered to make future financial decisions. We enjoyed their openness in sharing the wealth of information.
