  I’ve had a several experiences with this branch of EastWest bank in Irvine, their professionalism really makes people feel respected and satisfied about the service. Especially, one of their employees who name is Joyce —- she’s very helpful, supportive, friendly and thoughtful, when comes to the important information she always keeps her eye on it, and helps you out with the most professional way. Joyce became the beautiful experience with EastWest Bank ! ! Thanks !!

  I had an excellent experience at the East West Bank in Irvine. The staff are extremely friendly, professional, and very well organized, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Winnie was absolutely wonderful — very kind, patient, and helpful. She truly went above and beyond and put in so much effort to make sure everything was handled perfectly. I’m very grateful for her support. Catherine, the branch manager, was also incredibly nice, professional, and welcoming. She created such a positive environment, and it really shows that this is a well-managed branch. Overall, this is a great bank with outstanding customer service. I highly recommend the East West Bank Irvine branch.

  Winnie assisted me with my refi. I’ve dealt with many loan advisors, Winnie would be the only person I recommend. She was always available, made me feel as the priority though she was plenty busy as many people wanted to refi after the rate drop. Winnie is patient with me before AND after the process was over. I can’t appreciate her enough and look forward to do business with her again.
