- SBSally BarbellaJul 27, 20181.0I have been a Citigold Member for almost 20 years. My personal banker at this branch was negligent and so unprofessional. Its heartbreaking because I've had great personal bankers over the years at Citibank. She stopped my automatic deduction for my Mortage never told me and I was never notified. When I asked her she said" I have to talk to the guys in the back" . She has never called me back, won't pick up my calls. I lost so much principle and she won't even make a professional curtosy call. So blown away. Big deviation from Citibank in the past. They truly don't care about the middle class. Do not use this branch. Costa Mesa, Laguna Woods, Laguna Niguel are good. They'll extend some professional curtosy. So sad, so bad.
