  June 7, 2025, Saturday at 1:00pm I went inside the branch, what I thought would be a pleasant and easy visit to the ATM machine has only turned into a night-mare; walked in with $800 cash to be deposit into my account using the ATM machine only for it to get stuck. I waited 10 minutes hopefully that my $800 would fall through my checking account, but NO it just handed my Card back with no receipt, the machine kept on going (like trying to make a deposit) but it didn’t, I walked to the tellers for help but they seemed dismissive, careless and slow-witted, I asked if they could help me open the ATM machine and there response was NO you must call the back of your card help. As a customer I would assume that urgent matters are to be treated at the moment, at the branch, at the time of incident. Not a call the “back of my card” LMFAO! As per the tellers I called the back of my card as I was told and reported the incident at 1:17pm Saturday June 7, 2025 spoke to melody in accounts department and she stated she could see a $800 dolleres trying to be deposit, they opened an investigation I received a claim # and days later I called to follow up; I was denied! I was told no evidence of my $800 were to be found. Look at your camera footage and your ATM audit I asked for records but they don’t seems to want to help me. I appealed the denied case, waiting again another 10 business days. Citi Bank is stealing from its customers, I been with them for 8 years, been making ATM depots cash for 2 years, I never had an overdrawn or any issues of any kind. The real question and problem is to how many other Citi bank customers have they done this too and where is the money ? Where is my $800 dollars! Tomorrow is my last day with citi I will remove all my accounts.

  I am one of many people who did not receive their new Costco Citibank Card. The card was to start on June 20th and American Express was cancelled. I contacted Citibank to let them know I did not receive my card I was told that the card was never sent out, but that he would overnight it to me and would get it the next day. I waited all day for the card to come but it never did so I contacted Citibank again, I was told they were not able to overnight it instead sent it by ground I would receive it the next week. Citibank did not even call me to let me know they were not able to overnight the card to me. I have alwaysbought my gas gas at Costco. And then had to stand in line at Costco's membership Department in order to get a new Costco membership card so that I can my car and be able to get home after work. I will not do business with Citibank ever again.
