Nafiseh, Rika and Anna are incredibly personable, and they have never let me down whenever I’ve needed help. Their care, professionalism, and consistency are exactly what banking should feel like.

The worst is that she said she is too busy to help me transfer money over from another to Citibank because I am self managing the investment so she is not making money off of me. She pretty much admitted that didn’t want to help. This is unheard of as I had transferred money at multiple banks just to consolidate my investments. I wanted to see if they would offer any exotic investment options for me but I guess they are not getting my business. Complaint to corporate too but have not heard anything back. This bank is the worst.
