The worst is that she said she is too busy to help me transfer money over from another to Citibank because I am self managing the investment so she is not making money off of me. She pretty much admitted that didn’t want to help. This is unheard of as I had transferred money at multiple banks just to consolidate my investments. I wanted to see if they would offer any exotic investment options for me but I guess they are not getting my business. Complaint to corporate too but have not heard anything back. This bank is the worst.

I knew you need to make an appointment but the branch manager Ana from this location was amazing 🤩 and help me me out immediately she open my account. She explained everything to me about my account she was so amazing very professional. and thank you very much for helping me immediately. I greatly appreciate 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼it. I totally totally recommend this location if you’re open the account this is the bank. This is the branch to open your account.
