- NMnate magotSep 15, 20251.0This bank is good but it’s just like super slow and understaffed. I’ve gone a few times to get money out of the atm and the atms outside don’t work. Also due to this I tried to go into the bank to get cash and the line was insanely long. I waited for 15 minutes and the line didn’t move at all so I drove to another branch to get cash. It genuinely was a shorter time to drive to another bank than it would b to wait at this one.

Such a bad experience just for deposit a check. I have waited for half an hour just to deposit a check. When I am at the counter, the bank teller Huong kept looking at the series number in front of the check and asked me "is it your bank account?". What? I told her my bank account number is on the back. She doesn't even know how to help with a simple check deposit procedure. It's ridiculous.
