- MWMaria Williams6 days ago1.0Close this branch - it’s useless! Teller was fine, but customer service for anything else is zero! An ATM would suffice. We had an appt to upgrade our account. We were late by 10 min, had called to inform but no one answers the phone. The receptionist took over 20 min ‘trying’ to find someone to assist us. We were 2 of 3 customers in the bank and not one of the 5 employees was available to help. They were all busy on their computers… we went to another branch on Newland where we got helped straight away!

A waste of time. I don't recommend anyone go there. After this experience, I'm thinking of closing all my accounts with this bank.
- ANAngel nguyenSep 12, 20255.0Jorge is an Excellent manager. His team are great people. SHIELA IS VERY SMART, ARTICULATE AND PROFESSIONAL. BRIAN IS DILIGENT AND PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. KENDRA banker provides superb customer service. She can handle great pressure and still work efficiently. She deseves a raise. JESSICA is pretty and busy doing make up more than help customers but she's eye candy. So it's still a good thing. Jorge's new gangster hair style is cool but he's a very serious person. Please don't mess with him. Please don't hurt yourself. Wells Fargo App is very advanced: you can see you your money all the time at any time. Getting appointments to meet the bankers is hard but worth it. Over all WELLS FARGO is till a GREAT choice if you are tech savy and want to access your money at many locations as you travel alot.
- GIGil IbarraApr 1, 20221.0I hate this location so much. It’s unfortunate that it’s the closest one to me. It’s always extremely understaffed with lines out the door. The managers there are useless. I almost always end up leaving the branch because the line doesn’t move and I end up driving further away to other locations.
