    Do not buy foreign currency from Wells Fargo! Outrageous fees! There are business that specialize in this, and they compete for your business. You'll pay much less at a private exchange business.

    Just popped into this branch for the first time today, to deposit a check. The teller was so sweet and incredibly helpful. She walked me through the process of using the kiosk for the deposit. Thanks so much! Service with a smile.

    I was in the bank and saw something that truly upset me. The branch manager, Mr. Orlando Martinez, was being rude and, in my opinion, discriminatory toward a young African American gentleman for no reason at all. He even called this young man “intimidating” and “disrespectful,” which, from what I saw, was simply not the case. I sincerely hope this review prompts the bank to address his behavior. No manager—no matter the situation—should speak to any customer in such a manner. We can disagree without being demeaning. this happened on the 12th

    The teller was incredibly helpful, yesterday when i stopped by. I wish I knew his name but he did say that he was new with the branch. He was friendly, welcomed me to the bank, efficient and informative. Not once was there a bad attitude, instead, always a smile. The four stars vs five because, not one of the representatives at the desks even tried to help. I had to stop one of the assistant managers as she sped by me a third time to ask a question. I still need to go back because my second concern was never resolved. My suggestion is for management....pay attention to customers that walk in and seem confused or even lost. Take a second to quickly inquire if their help could be of benefit. And smile... no matter how inconvenient it may be, smile. Thank goodness to the teller that saved the visit.
